Swimming pool covers & rollers have a huge variety of uses, from the basic "bubble" or solar cover with it's heat retaining properties; the winter debris cover, used to keep leaves, debris & sunlight out; manual safety covers and the more sophisticated automatic slatted and safety type covers that combine the properies of all of the above.

SOLAR COVERS

A good Solar cover is an essential part of a pool installation in order to reduce running costs and reducing your carbon footprint. As most of the heat from your pool is lost through evaporation through the surface of the pool, a solar cover can stop a large percentage of heat loss. Additionally they take solar heat from the sun and transfer it to the pool giving you free heat for your pool.

Solar covers are available in a wide variety of grades and weights, these can be either supplied as "plain " sheets or cut to shape from a detailed plan and with hemmed edges for extra strength, even with factory fitted towing attachments for ease of use. Even better heat retention is achieved when you use our Silver/Blue cover which contains an extra aluminium pigment coating in the underside of the material. This provides a semi-reflective surface on the underside of the cover which reflects more of the heat back into the pool and so helps to save money.

Also available and new for 2009 is the Suncap solar blanket, which offers the highest quality, longevity and value for money in bubble material. Designed to cope with the harsh conditions in Australia, Suncap offers maximum durability against the effects of sun, salt and chlorine, this being backed up by a warranty of up to 5 years.

A key feature of Suncap is the bubble shape and size and the use of pale, translucent colours allowing maximum penetration of solar energy and increased efficiency of insulation.

AUTOMATIC COVERS - POOLDECK & POOLLOCK

A good pool cover is the essential finishing touch to your swimming pool. Winter protection is vital for any pool and winter debris covers offer the perfect solution to keeping leaves and other rubbish out of the pool but allowing rainwater to pass through the tight mesh, this helps to keep your pool water clear and reduces the amount of chemical needed in the pool water to keep it clean.
